A class action suit that is wanting

Last year two Six Nations men, who happen to be in leadership positions among the Six Nations Men’s fire, after what appeared to be several failed attempts to gain recognition for their deeds decided to launch a class action lawsuit. Bill Monture and Wilf Davey launched the suit for $100 million against five Haudenosaunee people and the Haudenosaunee Confederacy Chiefs Council’s (HCCC) development arm, the Haudenosaunee Development Institute and have been waiting since last summer for the courts to certify the class action. Now knowing the suit could make them $100 million richer, if for some outlandish reason they actually won it, you would think they would be anxious to see it conclude and head out on a spending spree.
