Six Nations Egg-citing Easter Egg scramble fun

The six and seven year olds packed the pavement in search of chocolate

By Chris Pimentel There wasn’t a cloud in the sky for the 48th annual Easter Egg scramble. Children from all over Six Nations gathered at the Community Hall parking lot spread out with candy. Each of the kids were divided into four groups. Children 6 months to 2 years didn’t participate in the scramble but were able to pick up candy inside the hall. As for the older kids they had three groups that were divided by age. 3-5,6-7 and 8-10. Elected Chief Ava Hill took the microphone, and started the countdown “Ready….here we go…5….fou… then all of a sudden the 8-10 age group took off in a flash.
