CCAB awards Six Nations Grand River Development with Corporation of the Year award

The Six Nations Grand River Development Corporation has received the Aboriginal Economic Development Corporation of the Year Award for 2017. The award is given out annually by the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business (CCAB). The award recognizes the business achievements of Aboriginal Development Corporations in Canada. We are extremely honoured to receive such a significant national award for the progress we, as a community, have made towards achieving economic self-sufficiency for Six Nations, said Matt Jamieson, President/CEO. One of the key reasons to create a community owned corporation, external to Six Nations Elected Council, was to separate business from politics.
