Six Nations Man Arrested In Break and Enter

On May 17, 2017 shortly after 3:30 p.m. the accused attended an address on Park Avenue. The accused jimmied the door and entered into the home. The accused stole a pair of blue and orange Michal Jordan running shoes and fled the home on foot. The victim who was home at the time heard a noise and went to investigate. The victim observed the accused running away from his home with his running shoes in hand. The victim recognized the accused as a previous acquaintance.

The investigating officer attempted to locate the accused however was unsuccessful. The Officer prepared an information bulletin for the next platoon of Community Patrol Officers advising that he was in search of the accused regarding a Break and Enter investigation. Shortly before 2:00 a.m. a Community Patrol Officer observed the accused riding a bicycle on Wharfe Street. The accused was arrested without incident.

MCNEIL, Jordan, Mcleod, a 23 year old Ohsweken man is charged with Break and Enter and Breach of Probation X2. MCNEIL was held in custody for a bail hearing.
