Team Canada triumphs at Heritage Cup By: Neil Becker Sports Reporter No question it was a monumental moment that Team Canada U-17 player David Anderson will never forget. Not only did Anderson experience that ultimate thrill of putting on Canada’s colours for that much anticipated U-17 exhibition game against Team Iroquois, but he along with family members also got to take part in the Heritage Cup Opening Ceremonies which honored three iconic players in Bobby Allan, George “Potsy” Burrows and Six Nations own the late Gaylord Powless who happens to be Anderson’s grandfather. “This was unreal,” Anderson said about his grandfather’s career being honoured. “I’m really honored and I just wish that I could have met him and gotten to know him.” This fourth ever Heritage Cup, held at First…
