99ers Dayton Martin is Mr. Clutch

Though it didn’t end with a championship, it was still a Wayne Gretzky International hockey tournament filled with great accomplishments for Brantford Minor ‘A’ Pee Wee defenceman Dayton Martin. This smooth skating defenceman whose team lost 3-1 in Minor ‘A’ Pee Wee Championship play against the Northwest Chargers, showed his offensive upside in tournament play where he scored two overtime goals first in a 4-3 decision against the Ancaster Avalanche followed in a 2-1 semi-finals win against London Jr. Mustangs. “It felt really good,” Martin said about scoring those overtime winners.
