Hawks Tycie Cowan feeling confident heading into playoffs

By: Neil Becker Sports Reporter Even with four straight losses hanging over them Hagersville Hawks forward Tycie Cowan is confident in what his team can accomplish. “Losing four straight isn’t something we wanted to do going into playoffs but I believe our team is very resilient and as long as we work hard and focus on things we have to do as individuals and teammates we should do well in the playoffs.” Cowan said. Cowan, whose team finished fifth in the standings with a 15-24-2 record, which earns them a playoff matchup with the fourth place Dundas Blues, also went on to add, “I’m expecting a tough and long series out of Dundas. I know for a fact they aren’t going to let us win easy and neither will we….
