Letters: Six Nations Councillor, comments on SNEC move

First of all, I have no plans of getting into a letter writing debate with the Six Nations Elected Council (SNEC). Previously, I wrote a letter voicing my concerns about the handling of the Hydro One Shares deal. I never mentioned any councillor’s name; my letter was about me and my concerns. The SNEC chose to write a response, directly mentioning my name, in an attempt, I believe, to discredit me and what I said. In my letter I didn’t say the hydro deal was a bad deal. I didn’t say I wasn’t going to abide by council’s decision. What I said was “Had I been at this meeting (referring to when the decision was made to approve the hydro deal) I would have voted “no” because I felt ill-prepared…
