A Tribe Called Red Gets the nomination

Despite losing one of their founding members, A Tribe Called Red is still getting recognized in the Canadian Music Industry. On Tuesday afternoon it was announced that the group is nominated for Group of the Year. This coming after one of the three founding members DJ NDN (aka Ian Campeau) left the group to focus on social activism back in October. Campeau took to Twitter to congratulate his former group. He said “Congratulations to everyone involved” In 2014, the group took home the Juno for Breakthrough Group of the Year, and in 2016 they were nominated for Video of the Year. The 2018 JUNO Awards, are on March 25th and will be hosted by Michael Bublé….
