Truck in ditch man charged

A 45-year-old Simcoe man is facing impaired driving charges after Six Nations Police responded to a truck in a ditch on Third Line and Tuscarora Roads last Thursday February 1st, at 12:58 a.m., and found a red Dodge truck in the ditch; the driver moving the truck back and forth attempting to drive it out of the ditch. Police said they spoke with the driver and saw signs of impairment by alcohol.The man was arrested for Impaired Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle. He was taken to the Six Nations Police Station for a breath test, which he failed. Charged was Donald Bosher.
