Six Nations man faces more charges for threats and harrassment on Facebook

SIX NATIONS OF THE GRAND RIVER- Six Nations Police have laid additional charges of child luring and uttering death and injury threats against a 22 year old Six Nations man after three female victims contacted police.

On Monday, January 22nd, 2018, Six Nations Police began an investigation into allegations of harassment and threats made using Facebook and Instagram.

Three female victims were initially identified, ranging in age from 14 to 21 years old.  The threats and messaging that police investigated were sexual in nature.

Police arrested and charged Andrew Clarke Martin, 22, of Ohsweken with Uttering Threats of Death or Bodily Harm, Breach of Probation and Invitation To Sexual Touching.

Mr. Martin faces additional criminal charges that include 4 counts of Luring a child under the age of 16 years old  Mr. Henry is currently in custody awaiting a Bail Hearing.

Police investigators state that it is not unusual to see other victims come forward once they see that there are other victims who have gone to the police.
