Six Nations Snipers finish first place overall

By: Neil Becker Sports Reporter Listening to a smiling St. Catharines ShockWave player Lauryn Hill, it’s easy to see that she has a tremendous passion for the sport of lacrosse. Following up a two-goal performance in what was a 7-2 win against the Paris RiverWolves, Hill commented, “I love the feeling of getting out there and doing what I love to do.” When asked about her excitedly pumping her arm after scoring, Hill chuckled before saying, “That’s my celebration.” Prior to defeating Paris, the Shockwave, who consists of Six Nations players played another Six Nations team in the Lady Snipers who in a hard-fought intense battle at the I.L.A. emerged with a 7-1 decision. “I just love to go out there and play.
