By: Neil Becker Sports Reporter School is all about discovering new talents and such was the case for I.L. Thomas Grade 8 student Grayce Anderson. After being convinced by her friends, Anderson decided to play in the much anticipated Six Nations District Intermediate Girls school basketball tournament, where she proved to be clutch especially in the championship game when she couldn’t miss in scoring 12 first half points and 14 overall in what was a 58-18 gold medal win at J.C Hill against, coincidently enough, J.C. Hill. “It was pretty exciting, and I think that I did pretty good,” Anderson, who was proudly wearing that gold medal, said. “It’s my first time playing basketball and I sprained my finger in the first game against L.S.K.” Reflecting on the highlights Anderson…
