By Neil Becker Sports Reporter Sporting a big smile, Six Nations Warriors coach Jay Smith could hardly contain his enthusiasm when talking about his team’s performance at the Rebels Spring Showcase. After starting tournament play with a 7-1 loss against Six Nations Rebels, the Warriors pulled out a 5-5 tie against the Wilmot Wild before finishing up on a positive winning note by making a loud statement against the defending Junior ‘C’ champions, and their main rivals Brantford Warriors in what was a 7-1 win. “That’s such a big confidence booster to beat the defending champs.
