Children’s Mental Health fair fun and learning

The Children’s Mental Health Fair brought families out for fun.

By: Chris Pimentel Writer It was Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week last week and some of the organizations in Six Nations took advantage by partnering with community organizations in Six Nations and Brant County to hold a fair. “One of the things that we want to do is promote the agencies in around the community. It’s to promote mental wellness, build our families, have a great meal and fight against the stigmatism that is mental health,” said Larry Longboat who is the Manager of Child and Family Services.
