Sometime this summer work will restart on the Niagara Reinforcement Line. The $100 million hydro transmission line was stalled in 2006 by the Six Nations Reclamation. It crossed Six Nations path at Sixth Line and the Caledonia by pass and sits there still, towers unfinished.   Actually part of the line became part of Six Nations history when a disabled tower was used to block Argyle Street after OPP raided the sleeping protest camp at a housing development being construction on unceded Six Nations lands and there began a summer of discontent.
