Letter: Helen Miller, Six Nations not a dumping ground

In speaking only for myself and not the Six Nations Elected Council (SNEC) I am sick of non-natives being allowed to use Six Nations as a dumping ground for their waste. We only need think about the numerous small-scale dumping sites on our territory. But the dumping has never been more blatant then the dumping of contaminated soil. First we had the Montours claiming they needed 7000 truckloads of soil to level their property for a water park. So in come these18-wheeler dump trucks, one after the other lining our roads. Now we have the Johnsons claiming they need 5000 truckloads of soil to level their property to build houses. So again our community is bombarded with huge dump trucks. Who is next?
