Rollover results in charges

On June 8th 2018 at 9:55 AM, Six Nations Police attended the east end area of Fourth Line Road, in response to a reported roll over MVA with a person trapped Police located a Silver Dodge SUV on a lawn, with the driver still inside. Once the driver was extricated from the vehicle, Police said the driver was showing signs of impairment by alcohol. The female driver, identified as Kaley Reuben, 30, sustained minor injuries as a result of the roll over MVA. The damage to the vehicle required it to be towed from the scene. Rueben was arrested for Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and was taken to the Six Nations Police Station for breath tests, which she failed. She was charged with: Impaired Operation of a Motor…
