Arrows have three game winning streak

By Neil Becker Sports Reporter With playoffs not far away, the defending Minto Cup champions, the Six Nations Arrows, have picked an opportune time to put together a streak. Looking to build off a mid week 13-5 home win against the Whitby Warriors, Six Nations managed to put together a three game winning streak. They began the Canada Day long weekend by pulling off a Friday night 11-3 road win against the Peterborough Lakers before extending the streak to three winning Sunday afternoon 15-6 win at the ILA against these same Lakers squad. “I liked that we were very vocal on defence and we were backing each other up, and on the offensive side we swung the ball pretty well,” Arrows Myles Jacobs said.
