Jordan Nolan inks one year deal with Blues

By Neil Becker Sports Reporter Continuing with what has been an active off-season the St. Louis Blues added some much needed grit to their line-up by officially signing veteran forward Jordan Nolan. Nolan spent last season with the Buffalo Sabres scoring four goals and eight points while providing that physicality in drawing 69 penalty minutes in just as many games, Nolan, who is 29 years-old inked a one year two way contract worth $650,000. Nolan, who started his NHL career with the Los Angeles Kings, where he won two Stanley Cups, will be joining former Sabres teammates in forward Ryan O’Reilly and backup goalie Chad Johnson in St. Louis.
