Six Nations councillors learn major gas storage centre going in

A major gas wholesale and distribution and storage centre is going in on Townline Road.

By Chris Pimentel Writer A local Six Nations businessman is trying to build a wholesale gas station on Six Nations to sell gas to the stations on Six Nations. Scott Hill and his brother Miles Hill were joined by Brian De Nobriga and Glenn Paige from Claybar Contracting presented to Six Nations Elected Council’s (SNEC) Committee of the Whole Monday. Scott Hill said the new project will create 14 new jobs Scott Hill said “The goal is to remove non-native suppliers from the territory.” He said they are partnering with Claybar Contracting and told the Elected Council the goal is always safety. “Their name is on the hook just as much as mine and Miles,” said Scott Hill.
