Playing out of the ever competitive PWSA league, this Six Nations squad hit gold this weekend after defeating Kitchener in semi-finals play before staging a comeback beating number one ranked London by a 5-4 score! “It’s pretty cool. Just unbelievable,” Shakas Chloe Bomberry, who plays either catcher, second base or center field said. In terms of what she likes best about ball Bomberry, who is always showing that enthusiastic smile said, “It keeps you fit and having fun.” Meanwhile expressing lots of strong praise for her team was Six Nations co-coach Jayme Sky who said, “The PWSA is a more competitive league.
