When can I have a school is the question being raised by Kawenni:io/Gaweni:y Private School.

It began with a kindergarten class and hopes for a building they could call their own one day. Now those kindergarten students are adults. But there is still no school For the past decade hundreds of K/GPS students have been running up the steps to the top floor of the Iroquois  Lacrosse Arena (ILA). They carry their lunch and any homework a smile and quick She:koh for anyone they pass. They are part of Six Nations move to preserve its languages and retain its culture.
