Colts make season opening statement By Neil Becker Sports Reporter In retrospect things couldn’t have gone better for the defending Brantford City Champions the B.C.I. Colts. Making a statement on the gridiron, B.C.I. were all business as they travelled to the Kiwanis Field where, lled by a two-touchdown performance from quarterback Kevin Henhawk, they went on to a 41-0 win against the Assumption Lions. “I was really nervous today,” Henhawk admitted. “We ran the ball well and this is an awesome feeling. I have friends on Assumption and we were talking trash before the game.” Effectively moving the ball down field Henhawk made his presence known by running for a lot of yards and scoring that first touchdown with a little over five minutes left in the first quarter.
