Improving skills at Girls AES winter lacrosse clinics

By Neil Becker Sports Writer Developing skills, creating life-long friendships and sharing a passion for lacrosse is what the Girls AES winter lacrosse program is all about. Whether you’re a beginner who has never picked up a stick or an experienced player, girls ranging from the midget, intermediate, Pee-Wee and Bantam level have the opportunity Sunday afternoons at the ILA to learn and have fun at the AES winter lacrosse program. “We’ve had this for the past couple of years and it’s great to see the ladies coming out developing their skills,” co-instructor Cart Hill said. “A lot of the girls who go through this do really well in the summer.” Reflecting on this Sunday night girl’s lacrosse program which goes until the end of March Hill said, “A lot…
