Rich Kilgour returning as Iroquois Nationals head coach

By Neil Becker Sports Reporter Coach Rich Kilgour couldn’t have been more excited at getting that second opportunity of accomplishing the ultimate goal of striking Iroquois Nationals WILC gold. During his inaugural head coaching stint with Iroquois Nationals, Kilgour’s team went 4-2 before eventually earning a silver at the 2015 WILC which was held in Onondaga. Now, after waiting what will be four years, Kilgour, who described himself as feeling ‘pumped,’ will get another opportunity from September 19-28t 2019 in Langley B.C. to win gold. “Bringing him back on board lets him finish the job he started back in 2015, when he was selected as the head coach of that team,” Ansley Jamieson, the Executive Director of Iroquois Nationals Lacrosse, said. “He brought a level of professionalism to the team…
