Grand River Attack looking to hang banners

By Justin Lethbridge Writer The two-time defending Ontario Box Women’s Lacrosse League provincial and league champions are looking for a space to hang their banners on. Team Representative Brooke Doolittle was at the Human Services Committee meeting on November 7th, 2018 to ask for space to hang their two championship banners in the Gaylord Powless Arena. They also have a plaque that was presented to them by the Six Nations Elected Council, another plaque from a tournament win and a jersey from one of their fallen players which they would like to place in a trophy case. While the Parks and Recreation Director Cheryl Henhawk advised that space in the arena was limited, she agreed to meet with Brooke at a later date to see how the request could be…
