Dean Hill appointed Rebels new head coach

By Neil Becker Sports Writer These are exciting times for the Six Nations Rebels who have officially announced former player Dean Hill will be the new head coach. After a season which saw Six Nations lose for the second straight year in the Western Conference Finals, coach Miles General, who was in his second year, resigned citing work and a busy schedule. Rebels President Scott Maracle decided to hire Hill. “Me and Scott talked a few months ago and it was made official a few weeks ago,” Hill said. When asked about the kind of team he would like to have he replied, “I want a team that is always attacking. I don’t want a team of goons. I’m looking for a team that’s disciplined and plays hard every night.”…
