Local Artist Unveils Mural for Polytechnic’s 25th Anniversary

By Justin Lethbridge Writer To Six Nations artist Raymond Skye, a mural is more than just a picture on the wall. It’s the chance to tell a story. “What you’ll see will provide a really good story.” Raymond Skye told those gathered at Six Nations Polytechnic’s Brantford campus on Thursday January 17th for the unveiling of his latest piece of art. Skye is a well known Six Nation’s artist who’s work appears in a number of local areas. In completing this mural, the vision was Skye’s but due to the location of the walls being near the ceiling, he enlisted Michael Swanson who handled the technical aspects of the project.
