Two teepees were vandalized at First Nations University of Canada

Two teepees were vandalized at First Nations University of Canada over the weekend. Large slashes measuring six feet long were found in the sides of the canvas. Peter Brass, art collections manager at the university, oversees the construction and maintenance of the teepees. He believes the teepees were vandalized sometime Friday night. He said it looked like two of them had been slashed with a metal rod. Brass said he is disappointed but hopes to repair the teepees and put them back up….
