Six Nations Pee Wee 1 optimistic about upcoming season

By Neil Becker Sports Writer There is an optimistic feeling heading into the Six Nations Pee Wee 1 season. Following a recent practice Pee Wee 1 assistant coach Miles General remarked, “We have a small team with good stick skills. I’m pretty excited they are a decent bunch.” General went on to add, “Right now we’re just teaching them systems and structure. They’re a good bunch. They can pass and catch good.” Among those practicing were some members of the Iroquois national pee wee team in Sonny General, Layton MacDonald, Chaz Hill, Grayson Skye, and Warren Cook who in late August will all be in Coquitlam B.C. battling for gold.
