Seven charged in Six Nations Police cannabis raid

Seven Six Nations people are facing charges in connected with distribution and selling cannabis out of a Six Nations Line road property. Six Nations Police raided D.J.’s Place at 3784 Sixth Line Road Friday, May 03, 2019, seizing an undisclosed amount of cannabis products and cash and arresting people found inside. Police also obtained a Search Warrant for a house trailer on the property where, they said, more cannabis was located and seized. Seven people are facing charges including: Dalton James VanEvery, 27, was charged with Breach of Officer In Charge Undertaking x 3. He was also charged with Distribution, Possession for the purpose of Distribution and Selling of Illicit Cannabis, contrary to the Cannabis Act. He was held for a formal bail hearing in Brantford.
