By Neil Becker Sports Writer The Six Nations Midget Jr. girls might have come up short, but that didn’t stop coach Chandra Maracle from smiling when asked about their progress. After an 11-6 loss at home against Hagersville an optimistic Maracle replied, “We played a good competitive game and we’re doing great. We’re coming together as a team. We’re talking and working together.” Looking to build off that first regular season win against Paris, Six Nations, who had Nikki Jamieson starting for them, had some early work to do as they surrendered a first inning run before successfully striking back.
