Competing for Six Nations School Cross Country Gold

“It was fun. Last year I came in second,” he said. He added his strategy was simple. “To go as fast as I can,” he said smiling. Also placing in the top three was LSK student/athlete Garett Longboat who was barely out of breath after placing third among the Grade 3 runners. “At the end I was almost out of energy and someone passed me,” Longboat said. “Last year I also finished third. I went fast, then slow, then fast again.” Coming up clutch in taking home first was brother and sister Farah Garlow and Tristian Garlow both representing OMSK.
