LSK goes undefeated in capturing junior soccer gold

By Neil Becker Sports Writer OHSWEKEN – OMSK student/athlete Cameron McNaughton definitely has a knack for scoring goals. McNaughton was all business notching three goals in leading OMSK to a 5-1 Six Nations School Primary Soccer Championship win against Emily C. Genera Oct., 1st. Proudly wearing the gold medal McNaughton said, “It’s more about having fun.” Competing at the blue track, McNaughton, who is also a skilled lacrosse player, gave OMSK the early momentum with consecutive goals which gave them not only a 2-0 lead, but lots of confidence. “It’s the best feeling seeing the kids showing their skills and having fun with their friends,” OMSK coach Jamie Evans said. “They had lots of fun and we won as a team.” Meanwhile taking center stage in Six Nations school junior…
