Accountability needed at both SNEC and HCCC

Its been eight months since the Haudenosaunee Confederacy Chiefs closed off their books for the 2018-2019 fiscal year. It has been more than a year since there has been any kind of financial accounting hit the floor at the council meetings. And it has been more than two years since the controversy over the need to restructure the Haudenosaunee Development Institute rattled the walls of the longhouse. Yet still it all lingers.
