Just asking for fairness

Six Nations Election Appeals committee has moved to reject one of two appeals of the 58th General Election claiming in order to declare the election null and void a petition signed by half of the 2,065 ballots cast (or 1,033 people) needs to be presented. Not only a mammoth task but virtually impossible. Only those that actually cast a ballot can sign the petition and there is no way for anyone to know who voted unless the Chief Elections Polling Officer releases the list of voters to anyone wishing to appeal the election. A list that likely will have complaints of invasion of privacy that ensures no one can ever contest the elections no matter how blatant an infraction. Add to it the CEPO picks a group to 10 people…
