By Josh Giles Sports Writer There is a saying…and the children will lead us. Well, that translated into real life for Six Nations coach Jay Smith now heading up a new team and in a new location. It’s been a long and unique road to coaching for Smith who left the lacrosse in the 80’s and 90’s only to come back as a coach a decade later when his children brought him back to the game. And now entering his eighteenth season on the bench, he’ll be calling Oakville home. Smith has now spent almost two decades coaching.
