Every Friday morning at the Dajoh, Vivi Silverstein hosts her own tai-chi classes to not only encourage natural energy, but to heal various parts of the body. The tai-chi that’s taught by Silverstein is called chi-kong, and it helps internally for your organs to heal, “Chi means energy, or breath, and kong means action. So the idea is to guide with your breath and bring it to the vital organs in your body,” said Silverstein.
