Fall Field Lacrosse cancelled

By Josh Giles Writer Unfortunately for Six Nations minor field lacrosse league players, there will be no chance to join any league for the rest of the season. The Ontario Minor Field Lacrosse League (OMFLL) made the announcement recently. In a press release the OMFLL said, “We regretfully announce that despite our best planning efforts, the 2020 fall field season will not be able to proceed.” There would be a lot of bouncing back and forth between the United States for teams, and the extended border closing would make league play impossible. Although it doesn’t directly affect any teams in Six Nations, there would be no chance for any young athletes from the area to participate in any league now.
