Minor Hockey season cancelled

By Josh Giles Writer It’s with heavy hearts that the Six Nations Minor Hockey Association (SNMHA) announced that they will be cancelling the 2020-2021 season. “This decision was not easy for SNMHA,” they said, “but with our community still remaining in a state which does not allow us to proceed, we have exhausted all options for us to try and salvage a season for our organization.” There was so much uncertainty towards the season not too long ago, and people were hopeful that they could work something out. There was the potential for something maybe in January, but it wasn’t to be.
