Florida Panthers re-sign Brady Keeper

By Josh Giles Writer Free agency has recently kicked off in the NHL and the Florida Panthers wasted no time in locking up defenseman Brady Keeper. The 24-year-old Panther, signed on to a one-year, two-way contract, and has earned it while surpassing expectations as an undrafted player. The contract makes sense as he spent most of his season down with the Panther’s AHL team, the Springfield Thunderbirds, where he had a respectable season with 18 points. He did well enough that he saw some time with the Florida Panthers for a few games, even showing up in one of the Stanley Cup Qualifier game.
