Six Nations Farmer’s want to build grocery store

By Victoria Gray Writer Six Nations Famers Association (SNFA) wants to build food sustainability on the territory and they need the community’s help to do it. SNFA president Jesse Porter said the farmers listened to the needs of the community and heard loud and clear Six Nations wants a grocery store. “We need to rely on each other to bring this to a state where the whole community can be proud of this, and we need each other to put a positive outlook on the future of our food sustainability for all of Six Nations,” Porter said.
