Thunder Woman Healing Lodge To help Indigenous women reconnect with identity, culture

After a period of incarceration, life can be a little scary when suddenly shoved back into the general community. How does a woman financially support herself? Where will she find housing? Who will be there for friendship and social support? That’s where Pettigrew, Algonquin of the Pikwakanagan First Nation west of Ottawa, comes in.
