By Victoria Gray Writer The Moose Cree First Nation suffered throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and lost many more community members than usual, but the nation is pushing forward to finish projects, desperately needed in the community. Chief Mervin Cheechoo said the COVID-19 pandemic didn’t claim any of his community members and the community only has only seen 20 cases of the virus since the pandemic began in Mach 2020.
