Six Nations player taking on leadership duties with Ontario Hockey League club

By Sam Laskaris Writer Now that he’s a veteran in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), Theo Hill is naturally taking on some additional responsibilities. Hill, a 19-year-old centre from Six Nations, is in his fourth season as a member of the Sarnia Sting. Technically, however, this is his third year of action with the franchise since the pandemic wiped out the entire 2020-21 OHL campaign. Hill was tied for fourth place in Sting scoring as he had earned 17 points (nine goals and eight assists) through his first 26 games this season. Not all of Hill’s contributions, however, are noticeable on the gamesheet. That’s because he is also taking charge and providing some leadership.
