Youth charged after disturbance at Mississaugas of Credit First Nation

MISSISSAUGAS OF CREDIT FIRST NATION- A 17 -year-old has been charged after the Haldimand County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP)  responded to a disturbance at an address in Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation on March 15, 2022 at 12:18 p.m.

As a result of the investigation, OPP charged a 17-year-old Mississaugas of the Credit First Nation youth with two counts of    Fail to comply with undertaking . 

The identity of the individual is being withheld under the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

The youth was held for bail and appeared at the Ontario Court of Justice in Cayuga to answer to the charges.
