Snipers down Shockwave in regular season finale

By Sam Laskaris Writer The Six Nations Snipers concluded their regular season campaign with two more victories this past weekend. And now members of the local Arena Lacrosse League (ALL) squad can turn their thoughts to the playoffs. Should the Snipers manage to win their next two outings, then they will be crowned league champions. The Six Nations squad entered action this past weekend already knowing it had secured a first-place finish in its seven-team circuit. This allowed Snipers’ head coach Darcy Powless the opportunity to rest some of his key players for the post-season and allow some of his charges who are nursing a few bumps and bruises a bit more time to heal.
