Six Nations Elected Council (SNEC) has found itself mired in a question of when is a conflict a conflict and when is it just a cultural clitch. Indigenous governments created under Canada’s Indian Act or Indian Act Band administrations were, firstly, never established to serve Indigenous Nations. They were created to serve the interests of Canada.
