Six Nations trio among those who captured Heritage Cup

By Sam Laskaris Writer Three Six Nations teens were among those who helped a Haudenosaunee squad capture its category at an international lacrosse tournament. Nolo Squire, Kaleym (Whales) Racette and Warren Cook were the local representatives on the Haudenosaunee boys’ under-15 club that captured its championship at the Heritage Cup, an event which concluded on Monday in Springfield, Mass. The under-15 division featured six entrants. Besides the Haudenosaunee side, also taking part were two clubs from Israel that were called Team White and Team Blue, Ireland, Puerto Rico and the United States. All clubs were scheduled to play each other once, translating into five matches each.
